What were your first impressions of this blog? This blog has a lot of color. Also, each individual blog has a good length of writing.
What captured your attention? The blog titles captured my attention the most. I can tell she likes music and people visit her blog because of her widgets.
What distracted you on the blog? The writing color was the same as the background color so it was hard to read.
What suggestions can you give me to improve my blog? Make the fonts of the titles larger so they stick out from the writing.

Auditing my blog

  • How many posts did you write? 37
  • How many were school based or your own interests? 18
  • How many comments did you receive from classmates, teachers or overseas students? 2
  • Which post received the most comments? Why do you think that happened? 'Blogs you should consider adding to your blog roll' and 'Biggest Hurdle'. I didn't comment back to keep the comments going.
  • Which post did you enjoy writing the most and why? 'What's on my mind', because I got to vent a little about what was on my mind.
  • Did you change blog themes at all and why? No, because I like the theme I have. My favorite color is blue, so I chose the one I have. No one has complained about the way it looks. I actually had one person say they liked the way it looked.
  • How many widgets do you have? Do you think this is too many or not enough? I have 4 widget in my blog. I think it's just the right amount because not enough would make my blog boring, but too many would make it look crowded.

Checking Facebook or Twitter?

How often do you check twitter and facebook or take a phone message? I always try to check my Facebook every night, but with sports and homework it's pretty hard. I don't have a Twitter so I never check it! I am constantly texting; morning, day and night. I can;t stand not having my phone. I would die without it.

Categories

I chose the categories: me, school, blogs, and blogging challenge because that's mainly what I write about.

'School' is all the things that my teacher doesn't title blog to it.

'Blogs' are all the things my teacher has us blog about that are titled 'Blog .....'.

'Me' is obviously about me.

'Blogging challenge' is obveously about the blogging challenges we have to do.

Blogs you should consider adding to your blog roll

I think this blog is a good blog for students and classes to add to their blog roll because it's popular, organized, and a variety of things to look at and read.

This blog is very interesting. He reads other people's blogs and then blogs about them.

This person's blog has a LOT to read and a variety of things to read. It is organized and it even has a game for you to play!

This girls blog is a good blog for people to add to their blog roll because she is a little older and could help you with things about college or sports. It has a lot of reading, but you might learn a thing or two.

This blog has all the challenges labled in her titles and is well organized. The colors don't hurt your eyes when you read the blogs. She also has an ipod playing a song in the background.

Creative Commons License

Do you think you should have a creative commons license for your blog? Why or why not? Yes, because what I do is mine and I don't want others using what I wrote in my own words and using them for themselves and saying they wrote it and came up with it.
Is your audience mainly students in your class and/or the blogging challenge or have you had readers that are teachers and/or visitors you don’t know? Yes and yes.

Animal Farm

In our reading class we are reading the book "Animal Farm" by George Orwell. We had to find a youtube video that represents it. In the book, the animals plan a rebellion to take over the farm. They do but come across some issues.
